Adaptive learning is an computer based learning to improve student’s learning skills. Years have passed by but the way of learning have not changed at all. Employers and educationalists wanted to develop their learner’s skills so the employee can increase the ability to learn new skills and perform better. Adaptive learning should be used by corporate companies to level up their employees skiing learning skills. Adaptive learning can be really effective as the provide personalized training for the employees.

In an standard learning course a learner is provided with a topic and later with a quiz to finish the test. If the learner finishes the test he is given next topic but if he can’t finish the topic he is asked to take the quiz again. It will take more resources and more time and their is a possibility that the student is not able to learn the skill even after that much resource which then will be a waste of time and money.
